It was a slow Monday night when we went to Images and we're assuming that the weekend scene there is a little crazier. For us though, a slow Monday night was a great time to drop in.

There were some obvious regulars sitting around the bar and goofing off and the bartender was taking good care of them. He was also taking good care of us, so no fault there. He was really great at multi-tasking: making drinks, carrying on several different conversations and making us feel right at home.

It's a nice open space with a long bar and a pool table in the back. The bathroom set-up is a little weird, with one joint sink outside the actual bathrooms. The ladies room wasn't the cleanest, but J was the only lady in the place so that might not come up too often.

Happy hour had just ended when we got there and the drinks were slightly pricey, but not obscene. We can't speak to what the weekend scene is like, but for a weekday drink it was a quiet place with a friendly scene. Plus, The Bodyguard was on TV and it was oddly compelling.
